I Want to Know Jesus

Father, how can I know the debts of what it means for your Son to die. How can death and your son be familiar with each other? How Lord, can the one who is the prince of Life be found lifeless? Out of whom all life proceeded, even the breath with which I live with, be found breathless on the Cross?? How can I look at the cross to realize that the eternal, immortal God is hanging dead between Heaven and earth. Oh Lord, how should I understand this , how Lord, to comprehend this, even grasp the beginning of what it means?

 How can I say I know Him, for who can know such a one? Who can know his heart? Who can know his person ? Lord,  I admit I am illiterate concerning your Son for there is so much to know the one who became a worm on the cross for a worm like me, or the one who was immortal become mortal like me, or the one who was Holy become sin for a sinner like me, or the one who did no sin and knew no sin and in whom was no sin pay the wages of my sins, or the one to whom no appointment of death was given, still die???

 Lord how can I know him, have I known Him even a little?

 Father open my heart, my mind, my everything to grasp the infinity of the infinite one, when he became finite like me and yet infinite in His finiteness... Father help me know your Son. Reveal Him unto this world and to a wretch like Me!!!!!!!
